Refund Policy

At Resilient Roots Customs, every product is crafted with purpose and pride—many of them custom-made, printed on demand, or part of limited drops. Because of this, we have a strict no-refund policy on all physical merchandise.

 
Physical Products (Apparel, Art, Home Goods)

 

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or size). If this happens, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

 
Services (Consultations, Custom Strategy Sessions)

We offer time, insight, and creative energy through our 1:1 services. Because time is something we can’t restock, all service sales are final once booked and delivered.

If you need to reschedule a consultation, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments without notice may not be eligible for rescheduling.

Exclusive Digital Content (Resilient Roots Collective, Soul + Soil Studio)

Memberships, digital downloads, exclusive content access, and community spaces are non-refundable once purchased or subscribed. All digital sales are final.

We are constantly updating and enriching this content with value-packed resources, culture-centered tools, and creative inspiration—and we appreciate your trust in that journey.
