Term: 12 months. Billing: Monthly auto‑renew. Upfront: First + last month due at start. Cancellation: After term, cancel any time with 30‑day written notice. Scope: Management plans cover content scheduling + allotted updates; hardware and installation are separate.

Terms & Conditions Commitment: All management plans are billed on a 12-month term, auto-renewing monthly. Billing: First and last month fees are due at sign-up. Ongoing payments are charged automatically each month via your chosen method. Cancellation: After the initial 12-month term, plans may be canceled with a 30-day written notice. No partial refunds for unused time. Hardware: Plans cover content scheduling and updates only. Hardware, installation, and rentals are billed separately unless otherwise specified. Warranty: Refurbished displays include a 90-day limited warranty. Accidental damage, misuse, or third-party alterations are not covered. Content Ownership: Clients are responsible for ensuring they hold the rights to all logos, images, and content provided for signage. Service Area: On-site installs and rentals are available in the Bay Area & Central Valley. Travel and delivery fees may apply.
