Cancellation Policy

✅ Booking Policy Full payment is due at the time of booking. Service credits (if included) must be used within 30 days of your session. All bookings are confirmed via email. Please double-check your contact info. ❌ Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your session for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, but we’ll offer one reschedule if you notify us before your appointment start time. No-shows will forfeit their session and any credits. ⏳ Waitlist Policy If a time slot you want is full, join the waitlist and we’ll notify you if it opens up. Waitlist requests are first-come, first-served. You’ll have 6 hours to claim a spot once offered. You must pre-pay once confirmed, or the spot will be released.
